Australian Heavyweight DJ & Producer Steve Marks is Charting Again, and 2023 Will Be Even Bigger!

Talented Australian Heavyweight DJ & Producer Steve Marks Shows No Sign of Slowing Down and is Ready to Take Over in 2023

Steve Marks continues to ride the success of his late 2021 release Tell Me Lies (Tuneart Records) which repeated the success of his previous collab with Charlie Mansell (UK) Give Up Yo’ Girl (Kiwistage) by charting in several countries. His solo release Tell Me Lies became an unofficial theme song for the Amber Herd Trial on Instagram and TikTok, amassing several 100 million views and featuring on thousands of videos across the globe.

After night clubs re-opened in late 2021, Steve Marks has been busy playing countless shows across Europe. Despite his heavy show schedule in 2022 Steve managed to squeeze out two fresh collaborations and a remix EP.

Steve Marks is keeping busy with several ongoing projects, and even though he is proud of his back-to-back charting releases, he still considers his 2016 slot at Ultra Europe his career highlight to date. As Steve continues to evolve his sound, his audience is ever growing, as his monthly listeners expand month by month.

Due to his relentless release schedule across 2021 and 2022, Steve has encapsulated and entertained a wide audience across numerous genres of music. He has continued to expand a music support network online, including Spotify curating and his ever growing discord community with hundreds of members from all over the world, collaborating and supporting each other in their pursuit of success. It is no wonder Steve’s recent discography has featured numerous collaborations from several international artists.

Steve Marks

His euphoric melodic bass collab with Night Sky (USA): Get Away (LFTD Global), his killer tech house banger: No Clowns (Tuneart Records) with Komplvint (CAN), his dreamy synthwave collab with Wilson Serrano (DEN) titled: Digital Dreams (Frsh Br3ath Records), and his summer feel-good collab with Adimusics (IND) titled: Summer Voices (LFTD Global) are all evidence of his thriving and supportive community.

Melodic bass, tech house, synthwave, melodic house and slap-house were all explored in 2021 and 2022, and if Steve’s recent social media posts are any indication of what’s ahead, he seems to be pursuing the more energetic side of the spectrum.

Steve has been refining several slap-house remixes due for release in 2023, and if his live shows are anything to go by, I’d say the tracks to keep an ear out for are his 20-year Anniversary remix of Toxic by Britney Spears, and his 25-year Anniversary remix “Miss A Thing”, a modern take on an Aerosmith classic I Don’t Want To Miss A Thing.
