‘Spinnin’ With You’: Alex Moretto, Alfie Cridland & Émilie Rachel Collaborate on a Progressive House Hit

This fierce new single follows in the footsteps of Cridland’s viral hit ‘Fall Again’, Émilie’s ‘Parachute’ release on Abode, and a continual output of quality tunes from Moretto.

UK artists Alex Moretto, DJ Alfie Cridland and vocalist Émilie Rachel, team up for new single ‘Spinnin’ With You’ on Perfect Havoc this August. An energetic and fierce dance track, Spinnin’ With You’ is poised for late night sessions and showcases the polished sound design of these accomplished producers.

Based in London, UK, rising talent Alex Moretto transitioned from future house beginnings into the commercial dance sphere. His official remix of ‘Change My Mind’ by Just Kiddin on Perfect Havoc with its groovy baselines was supported by heavyweight Nicky Romero on his PRTCL Radio Show, marking a career highlight for Moretto.

Also, with releases on Top Shelf Disco and V Records, a collaboration with Pioneer DJ and a series of gigs across London at venues Orange Yard and Light Box, Alex Moretto is proving himself an artist to keep an eye on.

For vital talent Alfie Cridland, he’s a selector and producer of all things electronic, spinning sets of commercial house, R&B and hip hop from Ministry of Sound, London to the shores of Zante. Cridland’s clever mash ups and skillset in cross-genre mixing was the very reason he won over Nathan Dawe, taking first place in Dawe’s 2017 next generation DJ competition to accompany him on tour.

Since then, Cridland’s journey into production has produced a string of singles on Perfect Havoc. These include his most recent outing ‘Fall Again’ with T.Matthias which went viral on TikTok with more than 6m views over 1k creations, to the prominent 2020 single ‘New Levels’ with Tobtok and Milwin. That’s now been streamed over 20 million times, synced on numerous primetime TV shows and was Tune Of The Week on BBC Radio 1.

Joining them is the in-demand singer/songwriter Émilie Rachel whose star just keeps on rising. Looking at her body of work, she can do it all, from D&B to house. Émilie featured on Dope Ammo’s album with support from Rene La Vice on BBC Radio 1.

Alongside Kapowski on ‘Control’, Émilie featured on Toolroom’s Ibiza Vol.2 Album, with the track getting plenty of support from Toolroom head honcho Mark Knight. And her biggest achievement to date was featuring on Will Taylor’s ‘Dance Zone EP’ with her track ‘Parachute’ released by crucial tech house imprint, Abode.

With its bold piano opening and Émilie’s unique tones captivating the listener from the very start, ‘Spinnin’ With You’ moves on into a euphoric, progressive house cut, aimed squarely at the dance floor. This is forward-facing commercial dance at its best.
