Hans Göran & FLYCKT Reveal Refreshing Track ‘Limoncello’ From Upcoming EP

Lucas Nord has been a busy man as of late, releasing music under the names of three different aliases (Hans Göran, Moodshift, and his own moniker), all while continuing to produce for other artists. Serving as his house-leaning side project, Hans Göran has allowed Nord to delve deeper into the feel-good realm, producing an array of summertime tracks built for warm weather listening. Out today via Nord’s Bisous imprint, ‘LIMONCELLO’ features Nord’s good friend and fellow collaborator, flyckt, and is the perfect musical accompaniment to your next outdoor gathering.

The housey offering kicks off with a shuffling set of drums and airy synths building around a vocal shot proclaiming ‘I Know You Feel It.’ Uplifting in every way, shape, and form, ‘LIMONCELLO’ percolates in the ears like a glass of warm sunshine, titillating the senses with infectious good vibes. Accompanied by a short music video depicting the production of the Italian lemon liqueur, limoncello, the single will leave fans thirsting for more.

‘Limoncello is the first and only collab on the upcoming EP “A Summer With Hans Göran”. Flyckt who is one of my closest friends had an amazing demo he sent me and we had discussed doing something together. The track had a euphoric “stay up till sunrise” type feel to it which was something the EP was kinda missing. I basically put my spin to the track and it took a different more Hans Göran shape but still had that euphoria. It’s a great track to start your day with but as we all know Limoncello is the perfect way to end a good night!’ – Hans Göran

Established Swedish artist Lucas Nord has seen consistent success throughout the last year with his involvement in the recent formation of pop-dance DJ/production trio Moodshift, with release after release garnering much critical acclaim.

Using his multifaceted talents, Nord decided to create Hans Göran, a moniker featuring both of his middle names that is used to release new, unique house-influenced sounds separate from his other ongoing projects.

A noteworthy career highlight worth mentioning includes his hit with Tove Lo,  ‘Run On Love,’ reaching the number one spot via Billboard’s Dance Club Songs chart, as well as amassing over 45 million-plus streams to-date. Recently, he’s also received a Juno nomination for Mackenzie Porter’s ‘Drinkin Songs,’ in addition to gaining a top 25 position via the U.K. Dance Charts for Moodshift’s ‘Touch.’

Lucas Nord returns with his latest project, ‘A Summer With Hans Göran’ under the new moniker, Hans Göran (Lucas’ two middle names). After 2020’s pandemic, Nord wanted to create a record of feel-good music to be the soundtrack to 2021’s summer. Starting on June 2nd, Lucas will be releasing a new track every few weeks throughout the summer months leading to the August 25th release of the ‘A Summer With Hans Göran’ EP.

The Stockholm, Sweden-based producer/ songwriter/ artist is known for his catchy melodies and genre-bending production. Lucas has made a name for himself not only for his writing style but for earning a Billboard Number 1 with Tove Lo, winning the 2019 Norwegian Grammy for producing the Urban Record of the Year, and amassing over 42 Million+ streams for his artist project on Spotify alone – just a few of his impressive accolades.

In 2020 Lucas released his solo EP, ‘Boy Restless’ via Physical Presents Records as well as starting the DJ supergroup called Moodshift that is currently signed to Republic/Casablanca (US), Virgin Records (Germany), Universal Sweden, Island/Def Jam (France) and Universal Brasil. Some standout highlights so far at the start of 2021, Nord earned his first Top 5 song at Canadian Country Radio along with a Juno nomination for his involvement in Mackenzie Porter’s (Big Loud) latest release, “Drinkin Songs”.

On top of that Nord’s project Moodshift currently has their single, “Touch” in the top 25 on the UK Dance Charts.
