HEAVENUS (Brosso & ROMAN CIGI Remix) marks the latest release from UK-based DJ and producer ROMAN CIGI, expanding the world of the original HEAVENUS with a deeper and more club-focused interpretation. While the first version explored emotional escape through melodic techno, this remix shifts the atmosphere into darker territory without losing the cinematic identity that defined the original release.

Built around hypnotic grooves, driving low-end energy, and immersive late-night textures, the remix blends elements of melodic techno, progressive techno, and tech trance at 130 BPM. The result is a track designed for peak-time moments while still carrying the emotional undertone that sits at the centre of the HEAVENUS concept.

At its core, the project explores the idea of stepping beyond the pressure and noise of everyday life. That sense of escape remains central to the remix, though it is now delivered through a heavier and more focused sound palette. Pulsing rhythms and atmospheric layers gradually build tension throughout the track, creating a sense of movement that feels both expansive and controlled.

The collaboration between ROMAN CIGI and electronic producer Brosso played a key role in shaping the release. Brosso developed the foundation of the bassline, giving the track its deeper groove and driving energy, while ROMAN CIGI directed the broader creative vision and completed the final arrangement, percussion work, and finishing details. Together, the pair crafted a remix that feels polished yet emotionally grounded.

Visually, the release continues the established HEAVENUS universe. The artwork features a cosmic soldier clad in shimmering turquoise steel armour, travelling through space surrounded by stars and radiant cosmic light. More than just a visual motif, the imagery reflects the themes embedded within the music itself: resilience, transformation, and the search for something beyond everyday chaos.

The remix has already begun generating strong reactions from DJs, curators, and listeners drawn to its balance between atmosphere and dancefloor functionality. It carries the cinematic depth associated with melodic techno while delivering enough momentum and intensity to thrive in club environments.

For ROMAN CIGI, the release is another step in a career defined by versatility and experimentation. Based in the UK, the producer has developed a reputation for moving fluidly across genres including house, tech-house, techno, trance, and progressive house, often blending influences in unexpected ways. His broad musical background has allowed him to create a sound that feels adaptable without losing its identity.

Over the years, he has collaborated with respected names across the industry, including Ted Jensen, Eric Sneo, Bailey Jehl, Cid Inc., Zac Tiessen, Sergio Del Lago, and Brosso. Alongside his production work, ROMAN CIGI is also a member of London Sound Academy and Pete Tong DJ Academy, founder of the label Soundevote, and has performed at internationally recognised venues including Ministry of Sound and clubs across Ibiza.
